NexoHive™ Cosmos Office Space Access

This recurring monthly payment covers your individual seat/access within the NexoHive™ office space hosted on Cosmos, our third-party virtual workspace provider.

As a NexoHive™ team member, this gives you ongoing access to the shared NexoHive Cosmos workspace for meetings, collaboration, discussions, project work and general use with the wider team.

Important: NexoHive™ does not profit from this payment.

You can cancel at anytime. The amount charged represents the cost that Cosmos charges NexoHive™ per individual user/seat for access to the virtual office. NexoHive is simply passing this cost on at cost to each participating team member.

Your subscription includes:

• Ongoing access to the NexoHive™ Cosmos office space
• Your individual user/seat within the workspace
• Access to the shared working, meeting and collaboration areas available to the NexoHive team
• Use of the space whenever you wish, subject to Cosmos' platform availability and terms

This payment does not represent the purchase or rental of a physical office, property or dedicated physical workspace, nor does it create any tenancy or ownership rights. It is solely your contribution towards the third-party cost of maintaining your individual access to the NexoHive virtual office environment.

The subscription remains active for as long as you wish to retain your individual Cosmos access. If Cosmos changes its per-user pricing, the recurring amount may need to be adjusted accordingly.
